F-01 Citywide Fire Guard For Impairment

In any occupancy where a required fire protection system is out of service, a fire watch shall be maintained by one or more persons holding a Certificate of Fitness.
F-02 Fire Guard for Shelter (Citywide)

As per the Fire Code 901.7.2 pertaining to Fire Watch,
Unless otherwise directed by the department, the building shall be evacuated or a Fire Watch maintained in accordance with this section when a standpipe system, sprinkler system or fire alarm system is out of service.

F-60 Fire Guard for Torch Operations and Construction Site

A Certificate of Fitness holder must be present to perform fire watch during hot work operations at: 1) construction sites, 2) rooftop operations where torch-applied roof systems are in operation, and 3) in any building or structure where a torch operation is conducted.
F-89 Fire Life and Safety Director

Fire and Life Safety (FLS) Director is required in any commercial building requiring Comprehensive Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan or the buildings previously requiring Fire Safety Directors.
S-56 Construction Site Fire Safety Manager

The S-56 Certificate of Fitness is required where a Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator is required by the Building Code for a construction site.
